By using this website or booking stays, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

A non-refundable $50 building registration fee is required prior to check-in.

Additional fees may apply for: missing remotes ($250), smoking inside ($250), unauthorized events ($150), damages per cost.

Payments are processed through third-party providers; by paying you agree to their terms and authorize charges.

3. Check-In/Check-Out Rules

Guests must leave keys and remote in the unit and send a confirming photo on departure.

Missing remotes incur a $250 replacement fee.

Check-in and check-out times follow property-specific guidelines—before booking, confirm schedule.

4. Guest Responsibilities

No smoking indoors (balcony only).

No open flames (gas, charcoal) anywhere on the property.

No unauthorized events/gatherings.

Guests are responsible for damages or missing items.

Must abide by building rules and local laws.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

We are not liable for injuries, loss, or damages to personal belongings.

We are not responsible for service outages (internet, water, etc.) or nearby construction disturbances—no refunds.

Guests assume all risk and release liability to De Antonio Elite Stays LLC.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Booking cancellation policy will be displayed during reservation (e.g., refundable within X days before check-in).

Non-refundable fees (e.g. building registration) are not reimbursed.

7. Modifications
We may change rates, policies, or services at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use signifies acceptance.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to conflicts of law principles.
