House Policies

  • A one-time, non-negotiable, non-refundable $50 fee is required before check-in to register with the building.
  • Guests must leave the keys and remote control inside the unit on the day of check-out and send a photo for confirmation. A $250 fee will be charged for any missing remotes under any circumstance.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all our units; it is only allowed on the balcony. Tobacco smell and/or any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $250 penalty.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items within the property. Please leave the space in good condition to avoid additional charges.
  • The host is not responsible for service outages or disturbances caused by construction in the building during your stay. No refunds will be issued.
  • Events and small gatherings must be requested in advance. An additional $150 cleaning fee will apply.
  • Guests agree not to hold the host responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings inside the property.
  • Guests also agree not to hold the host liable for any physical injuries that may occur during the stay.
  • Fire safety: No gas, charcoal, or open-flame devices are allowed on the balcony or within the property.
